I currently live in Dublin, Ireland, but grew up in Katowice, Poland. Likewise, I was surrounded by many types of food and cuisines from all around Poland. With Thermomix I had the opportunity to experience new flavours and unfamiliar food, which ignited my curiosity for food from an early age.

My family comes from Poland, so eating and talking about food is basically all we do … and when we aren’t eating or talking food, we are still just hanging out in the kitchen.
